Returns Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you, take possession of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them.

Return shipment

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal, to the return address provided by our customer service.

You bear the direct cost of return shipping unless we expressly provide you with a free return label.

Compensation for loss of value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that loss results from handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
