1. Seller and scope

These terms and conditions apply to orders placed through the online store strykr.store.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The products displayed in the store do not constitute a legally binding offer. By completing checkout, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded once we confirm or ship the order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Orders for Germany and Austria are charged in EUR; orders for Switzerland are charged in CHF. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the countries shown in the store and at checkout. The estimated delivery time is usually 6-8 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. For deliveries to Switzerland, import duties or taxes may apply unless already shown at checkout.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Details are provided in our withdrawal policy.

7. Legal guarantees and voluntary lifetime warranty

Your statutory guarantee rights apply and are not limited by any voluntary commercial warranty.

In addition, STRYKR grants a voluntary lifetime warranty covering material and manufacturing defects in STRYKR products. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, product modifications, or care that does not follow the provided instructions. After the withdrawal or return period has expired, the warranty does not create an automatic right to a refund. Depending on the case, STRYKR may offer repair, replacement, or an equivalent solution.

8. Applicable law

French law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules in the country where you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
